Terms
Draft for legal review. The legal owner, business address and registration have not yet been confirmed. The site provides information and a way to make a non-binding enquiry; it does not accept orders or payments.
Business and agreement basis
NexSee Digital. E-mail: team@nexseedigital.com.
The offers on this site are aimed at businesses. An estimate or enquiry is non-binding. Before a binding agreement is made, the quote must identify the legal supplier by name, address and the relevant registration details.
Quote, scope and changes
Every project starts with a written quote setting out deliverables, add-ons, customer inputs, schedule and total price. Work starts after written acceptance and in line with the payment plan in the quote. Extra pages, features, integrations or revision rounds are carried out after written agreement on the additional price and time.
Price, VAT and ongoing costs
Displayed starting prices and estimates are in DKK excl. VAT. Before acceptance, the quote states the final price, applicable VAT treatment, any deposit, instalments and payment deadlines. Domain, hosting, platforms, licences, payment fees and AI usage are included only where the quote expressly says so. Possible ongoing costs and payment arrangements are explained before acceptance.
Delivery and customer materials
Delivery times are estimates. The agreed schedule depends on scope, timely provision of copy, images, access and approvals, and any required third-party connections. The customer must have rights to the materials they provide. Schedule changes are agreed in writing.
Ownership, files and access
The customer owns their domain and all delivered website files, including the code, design and content forming part of the agreed website delivery. The domain is registered in the customer's name. The delivered files and relevant access are handed over to the customer.
The customer can choose another provider or take over themselves at any time. The customer keeps the domain and files. Ownership and the freedom to move do not depend on a NexSee Digital maintenance subscription. Payment for work already agreed follows the accepted quote.
Third-party software, platforms, plugins and fonts remain subject to their own licences. Such dependencies, any ongoing costs and practical migration limits must be disclosed before the customer accepts the quote. This does not change the customer's ownership of their delivered website files.
Optional maintenance and support
A monthly subscription is optional and individually quoted. Tasks, frequency, price, VAT, payment, any minimum term, cancellation notice and cancellation method must be agreed in writing before the first payment. A website delivery or enquiry does not automatically subscribe the customer. Ending maintenance does not change ownership of or access to the delivered files.
Defects and new requests
Contact us in writing about defects in the agreed delivery. Remediation is assessed under the agreement and applicable law. A maintenance subscription is not required to exercise applicable rights relating to defects. New features and changed requirements are separately agreed and priced. Any specific support or remediation periods must be stated in the quote.
Governing law and legal review
Danish law is the proposed basis for agreements. Governing law, jurisdiction, liability and any mandatory rules in the customer's country must be reviewed by a lawyer before final contract terms are settled. This page does not represent completed legal review and does not limit rights under mandatory law.
