What we process
The estimator prepares an email in your own email app. We only receive your name, email, selected services and any other information you include when you send that email. Name, email, phone and free text are not saved in the estimator browser storage. The chat demo uses prepared answers and does not send your questions to us or an AI provider. Analytics and marketing are not enabled.
Purpose and legal basis
We use information to answer enquiries and prepare or perform agreements. Where you personally are the contracting party, the basis is GDPR art. 6(1)(b). Contact with a business employee may rely on our legitimate interest in relevant business correspondence under art. 6(1)(f). Statutory bookkeeping relies on art. 6(1)(c). The specific assessment forms part of the outstanding legal review.
Providers and transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Email for our domain is handled by Hostinger. The form is not connected to a CRM, and Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag are not enabled. Provider agreements, processing locations and any transfer safeguards must be verified in the outstanding legal review.
How long
Specific deletion periods for enquiries and correspondence have not yet been set and must be settled before this policy is finalised. Accounting records must be retained under the applicable bookkeeping rules.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
